Cancellation Policy

At Green Frequency Wellness, we value your appointment time. We also understand that life happens and your appointment may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel 24-hours in advance, your deposit for the appointment will be forfeited. Clients are allotted a 15 minute grace period before they are considered a no show and appointment will be canceled.
