About Me

Renée M. John is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Lymphatic Frequency Detox (LFD) and the founder of Green Frequency Wellness™.

With more than 22 years of experience in education, Renée has spent her career helping others learn, grow, and reach their full potential. She holds degrees from Howard University and Bowie State University, but her greatest passion has always been helping others discover practical ways to improve their well-being.

Renée’s passion for natural healing began during childhood. She often watched her mother explore natural remedies for everyday ailments, sparking an early curiosity about the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.

That passion followed her into her career as an educator. Over the years, coworkers affectionately nicknamed her “Dr. Quinn” because of her natural inclination to share holistic remedies and wellness practices whenever someone wasn’t feeling their best.

Renée’s personal wellness journey eventually led her to explore lymphatic wellness more deeply. As she learned more about lymphatic health and its connection to overall well-being, she became inspired to pursue certification as a Lymphatic Frequency Detox Specialist.

Today, Renée combines her passion for education with her love of natural wellness to help others become more intentional about their bodies and their well-being. She believes in empowering people to become “alchemists” of their own wellness—learning to listen to their bodies, understand what they need, and create practices that support balance and flow.

At the heart of Renée’s philosophy is a simple belief: when we listen to our bodies and give them the support they need, we create an environment where the body can naturally move toward balance.

Through Green Frequency Wellness™, Renée is creating a space where education, natural wellness, and intentional self-care come together—helping each person get into their flow state.
